... after a rowing boat tour, off to Ben Tre and the coconut candy factory, then a spot of lunch ... Isabella got close and personal with a water buffalo, whilst Ernst was stealing coconuts from the trees ...
... by the way, the water buffalo was exceedingly sweet and we could not stop taking pictures of him, even when he was taking a bath ...
... and finally, back at the hotel, Ernst tackled the stolen coconut ... only to discover that was not ripe ... but the ants loved his efforts and now cover the sink where the juice spilled ... great!!
